Our Story

DTFS.co began as a traditional screen printing and embroidery shop, searching for a faster, more flexible way to keep up with increasing demand for small, custom apparel orders. Running‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ multi-color screen setups for a handful of shirts was not a viable option; it lowered the production speed and made the costs higher.

Then, we came across Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology in 2020. Despite it being a brand new technology and having some issues, we still saw the huge potential it held. And that is why we decided to go ahead with it; invested a lot of time and money in the process of learning, figuring out, and perfecting the ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌method.

In the present time, DTF has become the core part of our production after refining its workflow. We use it in our own shop daily and now offer the same reliable, high-quality transfers to creators, apparel brands, and printing businesses everywhere.
